Using various kinds of electronic sound and noise materials, Hiramoto has been working on composing music by controlling the acoustic characteristic of the materials and also by controlling the auditory recognition to the utmost limit extremity as time passes by.
He searches for a recognition ability of human beings from a view of the electronic Sound, in both momentary auditory judgement and an auditory judgement developed in passing time.
Hiramoto has collaborated with contemporary dance choreographers like Jo Kanamori, and also with Kenta Kojiri, a member of Netherlands Dans Theater1, presented his original concept for performing space. He has also collaborated with the photographer, kishin Shinoyama, and has been wide with many works together, like video worksgdigi+KISHINh, DVD photographs, and exhibitions. In addition, he took charge of music for the first graduatesfcompletion work of Film Production graduate Course in Tokyo University of the Arts(gThe Sinh directed by Sho Tsukikawa, and acted by Go Rijuu, Koji Yakusho, etc.), which he received greatly high evaluation, In his solo concert, Hiramoto has shown works crossing the two domain; the audio system media and the visual media. He especially pays his attention on the essential synchronization between audio side and visual side of the show, and an interaction between hearing and viewing in human recognition.
In 2006, Hiramoto has done a lecture (serial of three) about gSpace and musich at the department of Architecture at Waseda University.
